Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is located on the first floor at the north end of the building. The center is equipped with a swimming pool, hot tub, aerobics studio, resistance training room, a massage room, and men's and women's locker rooms - both with showers. Towels are provided.

Please take into consideration the following guidelines for each area:

  • Wear comfortable and appropriate shoes.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easily mobility and modesty.
  • Ask questions about any concerns that you may have.
  • If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please inform the Fitness staff as soon as possible.
  • Before beginning any exercise program, make an appointment to meet with the Fitness Director. Medical clearance may be required in some cases.

Note: All children must be either toilet trained or wear appropriate swimming diapers (available from the lifeguard on-duty if the parents have not brought them along).
